Job Summary

The ACE School of Tomorrow Curriculum is used at Watoto Christian International School We are looking to hire a Monitor right now. The Monitor's job is to help Christian education and raise godly life-changing leaders by helping the students study teach improve their skills and grow morally

Roles Duties and Responsibilities

To help students learn we teach them how to read better so that all of the ABCs or Pre-school Classes students can read better
To fill up the attendance record on the Goal check report and send out homework assignment slips and reminders for corrective action as necessary
To get ready for and pull tests for the next day make new PACEs when PACE Tests are passed and file old "conferenced" PACEs and Tests
Make congratulatory notes for people who passed the PACE Tests
To maintain the scoring station and other parts of the learning center free of junk
To make sure the learning center is clean at the end of the day and to remind the supervisor of planned activities in a quiet way
To organize and answer non-academic flag questions as well as keep an eye on breaks and meals
To look over the students' homework assignment slips their goals and finish the Goal Check Report for the boss
To keep an eye on the scoring station make sure the kids keep the score keys and the station clean
Give out demerits listen to scripture memory verses once a month watch over detention time and tell students to pay attention to the supervisor
To watch kids and make sure they stay focused on their PACE work and tell the supervisor what they see
To learn a lot about the school's vision mission and values which are the most important rules for the organization
To show that you are a good steward of school resources and property by making sure that the equipment you are given is safe and used to its fullest potential
To help each student grow and do well and to constantly make sure that they are safe and healthy
To make a place to learn where the needs of both students and instructors are met respected and kept safe

Requirements Education and Skills

Category	Details
Education	The person applying for the job should have at least a Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Experience	At least two years of experience working in a classroom It is a plus to have training in the ACE supervisor/monitor or ECD protocols
Skills	Should be able to collaborate with others be results-oriented be self-motivated work long hours with little supervision and handle a lot of stress Being able to use a computer Great talents in speaking writing and talking with others
