Role Purpose

Support teachers through group workshops and in-school coaching using the CORE intervention (a research-backed program). Enhance teacher well-being, SEL skills, and classroom inclusivity. Document fidelity, reflections, and outcomes for a 6-month impact study.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver CORE workshops using provided manuals and facilitator guides
• Build strong, trusting relationships with teachers and school leaders
• Submit fidelity checklists, reflection journals, and workshop notes
• Support data collection: focus groups, training reflections
• Train teachers in self-care, stress management, SEL, and well-being
• Co-design activities and adapt delivery during school breaks
• Schedule reflection sessions and whole-school learning events
• Conduct process observations and facilitate teacher reflections
• Accurately document all activities and outcomes
• Up to 1 month residential training may be required

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related
• 2+ years in education, coaching, or mentoring
• 1+ year facilitating groups and one-on-one training
• Knowledge of diverse teaching methodologies
• Experience in rural or refugee settings strongly preferred
