Role Purpose
Support teachers through group workshops and in-school coaching using the CORE intervention (a research-backed program). Enhance teacher well-being, SEL skills, and classroom inclusivity. Document fidelity, reflections, and outcomes for a 6-month impact study.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver CORE workshops using provided manuals and facilitator guides
- Build strong, trusting relationships with teachers and school leaders
- Submit fidelity checklists, reflection journals, and workshop notes
- Support data collection: focus groups, training reflections
- Train teachers in self-care, stress management, SEL, and well-being
- Co-design activities and adapt delivery during school breaks
- Schedule reflection sessions and whole-school learning events
- Conduct process observations and facilitate teacher reflections
- Accurately document all activities and outcomes
- Up to 1 month residential training may be required
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related
- 2+ years in education, coaching, or mentoring
- 1+ year facilitating groups and one-on-one training
- Knowledge of diverse teaching methodologies
- Experience in rural or refugee settings strongly preferred
