Job Summary

As an Executive Assistant at the Avocado Oil Processing Plant, you will provide high-level administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

 You will manage executive schedules, coordinate communications, oversee office operations, and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service

Responsibilities, Roles, and Duties

  • Manage and coordinate the Executive's calendar, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Track progress of key business clients
  • Oversee daily reception operations, including staff and resources, and maintain a contact list
  • Organize meetings and company events, including taking and distributing minutes
  • Handle internal and external communications, such as phone calls and written correspondence
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Office to meet office needs
  • Manage visas, invitations, travel tickets for staff and expatriates, and other bookings
  • Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

RequirementDetails
EducationA bachelor's degree from a recognized university
ExperienceAt least two years of experience in a similar role in a busy environment

Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external clients effectively
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
