They are looking for a passionate and skilled Facilities Manager to join their Operations Team.
This job is very important for making the campus secure pleasant and well-kept which helps create an inspirational learning environment for students staff and visitors The Facilities Manager will be in charge of a lot of different things such making sure that all of the school's facilities—classrooms playgrounds offices and large grounds—are well taken care of every day Making sure that health safety and protection are at their best will be a top priority with a special focus on child safety practices .
The manager will be in charge of both planned and unplanned maintenance on buildings equipment and important systems like plumbing electrical security and fire safety.
The job also includes overseeing contractors and workers that clean provide security and maintain the grounds organizing initiatives to upgrade and renovate the facilities and managing the budget for the facilities well Another important component of the work is to lead eco-friendly and sustainable projects that are in keeping with the school's principles
About You
| Requirement |
|---|
| Proven experience managing facilities or operations ideally in a school or similar setting |
| Good understanding of health safety and compliance rules; knowing how to protect people is a big plus |
| Great at solving problems and organizing things and able to set priorities for a lot of different activities |
| Good at leading and communicating able to work well with staff contractors and the whole school community |
| A hands-on proactive attitude and a promise to make the space secure and welcoming for kids |
| It would be good if you had professional qualifications in Business Management Engineering (civil electrical mechanical) Procurement and Logistics or a closely connected field |
