Precision HR is looking for a Farm & Landscaping Coordinator for a customer in the Bwindi region that works in eco-tourism and conservation This job is perfect for someone who cares about environmentally friendly farming and landscaping The person who gets the job will be in charge of running the farm and doing landscaping work every day, as well as helping with kitchen supplies and environmental aims

Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Make sure that all farm and landscape work meets quality and sustainability standards
• Plan and carry out planting schedules that take into account the changing seasons and the needs of the kitchen
• Support and promote farming methods that are good for the environment and last a long time
• Keep operations running smoothly and at a low cost by managing budgets, inventory, and purchasing
• Evaluate and improve present farming and landscaping methods; bring in new ideas that support sustainability goals
• Oversee and arrange the schedules of farm workers, keep accurate records, and make sure that tools are used and maintained correctly

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

Other Qualifications and Skills:
At least two years of relevant experience managing a farm or landscape
Good at leading, organizing, and working with others
Great communication and people skills
You need to be able to speak both English and Rukiga
It is a big plus if you know the Bwindi area or all of Southern Uganda
