Build partnerships with OPM, UNHCR, districts & private sector
Ensure gender, child protection & disability inclusion
Produce high-quality reports & success stories
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Development Studies or related field
3+ years livelihoods/resilience programming experience with INGOs
Expertise in VSLAs, cash programming, value chains & farmer field schools
Strong training, facilitation & stakeholder coordination skills
Valid motorcycle riding permit required
Committed Christian able to work across denominations
