Key Responsibilities

Lead cash-for-food, asset transfers, VSLAs & market-oriented skills training

Transform subsistence farmers into commercial producers

Train community trainers & coaches on modern agronomy

Conduct value chain analysis & structured business mentorship

Build partnerships with OPM, UNHCR, districts & private sector

Ensure gender, child protection & disability inclusion

Produce high-quality reports & success stories

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Development Studies or related field

3+ years livelihoods/resilience programming experience with INGOs
Expertise in VSLAs, cash programming, value chains & farmer field schools
Strong training, facilitation & stakeholder coordination skills
Valid motorcycle riding permit required
Committed Christian able to work across denominations
