Job Summary

The Field Coordinator at Ipsos will oversee the successful execution of face-to-face data collection projects, ensuring high-quality data collection, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with Ipsos standards.

Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and coach new field workers
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of HR and finance paperwork
  • Distribute samples to field workers
  • Monitor the data collection process to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure evaluations meet quality standards
  • Plan and organize field activities
  • Supervise and train interviewers or field crews
  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection
  • Verify data quality and address any issues
  • Prepare reports and document activities
  • Resolve logistical and operational challenges promptly
  • Ensure compliance with Ipsos policies and standards

Qualifications, Education, and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, Research, or a related field
  • Experience in data collection through surveys, interviews, and focus groups (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for client interactions
  • Possession of a bank account, NSSF account, National ID card, TIN number, and valid SIM card
  • All documents must bear the same name as on educational certificate(s), with copies submitted with the application
