The organization uses its resources and knowledge to help people in need, whether they are dealing with natural catastrophes, wars, or health issues.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Create and manage project indicator tracking tools in line with the implementation plan
Lead regular & ad-hoc data collection and analysis (descriptive + inferential statistics)
Consolidate monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports as per M&E Plan
Lead quarterly data quality assessments and consortium evaluations
Design and conduct program evaluations, assessments, and operational research
Oversee knowledge management systems using ITTs, ODK, GIS, and Horizon
Manage a centralized real-time consortium data repository
Document success stories and produce multimedia content with Communications team
Champion adaptive management through learning agendas and reflection sessions
Ensure beneficiaries are fully informed and meaningfully participate
Establish complaints, feedback & referral mechanisms with real-time dashboard
Conduct joint technical support visits with district education focal persons
Build capacity of staff and stakeholders on MEAL tools and technologies

Requirements & Skills

University degree in Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Development Studies, Demography, Biostatistics or related field
Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation is an added advantage

Minimum 3 years managing data-intensive programs and MEAL systems
Proficient in SPSS, Epi-info, Nvivo, ODK, Kobo Collect, CommCare
Strong experience in qualitative & quantitative M&E methods
Field experience in community-based programs (refugee setting preferred)
Knowledge of M&E issues in food security, nutrition, and service delivery
Self-motivated, excellent leadership, analytical and report-writing skills
Fluency in English and strong Excel skills required
