University degree in Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Development Studies, Demography, Biostatistics or related field
Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation is an added advantage
Minimum 3 years managing data-intensive programs and MEAL systems
Proficient in SPSS, Epi-info, Nvivo, ODK, Kobo Collect, CommCare
Strong experience in qualitative & quantitative M&E methods
Field experience in community-based programs (refugee setting preferred)
Knowledge of M&E issues in food security, nutrition, and service delivery
Self-motivated, excellent leadership, analytical and report-writing skills
Fluency in English and strong Excel skills required
