Job Summary

Paper Toils (U) Ltd is seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team. This role requires a hands-on leader with expertise in sales strategy, team mentoring, and client relationship management to drive the company’s sales objectives and contribute to its growth in the East African market.

Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the field sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the organization’s goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners
  • Monitor and report on sales team performance and market trends
  • Provide training and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

Qualifications, Education, and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in sales or as a supervisor
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive sales performance
