Key Responsibilities

Prepare timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Produce financial statements for the Bank as required.
Plan and coordinate the Bank's annual audit, ensuring compliance with policies.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports as needed.
Contribute to the Bank's annual budget preparation.
Ensure compliance with Bank policies, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
Communicate new regulations to stakeholders promptly.
Review financial control accountants' work and provide technical accounting guidance to other departments.
Drive process improvements and support innovative financial solutions.
Develop frameworks for new reporting needs, including ILAAP/CAAP, sustainability, and integrated reporting.
Stay updated on regulatory reporting changes and ensure compliance.
Maintain the Bank's database of financial and management information.
Lead finance-related aspects of projects to enhance Bank operations.
Serve as the finance lead in the innovation hub and project steering committee.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering innovation and growth.

Requirement	Details
Education	Professional accounting degree (ACCA or CPA), plus a first degree
Experience	At least two years post-qualification experience in finance
Knowledge	Deep understanding of IFRS, integrated reporting, and sustainable reporting frameworks
Communication	Strong senior-level communication and presentation skills
Analytical Skills	Strong analytical mindset with focus on financial analysis and data evaluation
Interpersonal Skills	Ability to engage with managers at all levels and meet information needs
