Detailed Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Make an annual budget and keep an eye on how it is being used
  • Make reports on revenue and expenses
  • Check bank statements, write checks for payments and deposits, and make reports that are needed
  • Get and keep track of donor money, and make sure the vote book is up to date with the budget
  • Make sure that statutory deductions are sent in on time
  • Make sure that the end-of-year financial statements meet all legal criteria

Education, Skills, and Experience
