Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Look at the financial statistics and keep an eye on the most important performance parameters.
• Do variance analysis and look for patterns in company data.
• Based on data insights, suggest strategic actions to management.
• Do an analysis of branch profitability and an evaluation of performance.
• Create detailed financial reports and strategic evaluations.

• Help with planning financial flow and managing liquidity
• Help with fundraising from start to finish, including reporting

Skills and Qualifications:

• A degree in accounting, business administration, commerce, or a related subject
• Preferably have a CPA or MBA
• 5 years of experience in a mid-level or senior finance job
• Solid work ethic and ability to motivate oneself
• Attention to detail and ability to handle difficult information
• Analytical thinking and solid math skills
• Great at solving problems and making decisions quickly
• Great at communicating and leading
• Able to make complicated financial information easier to understand
• Good in negotiating with stakeholders and managing relationships
