Responsibilities

Develop annual budgets, quarterly business forecasts, and monitor performance across all business units.
Review and develop company strategies, investment cases, and new proposals in line with internal policies.
Provide business intelligence to managers to support informed decision-making.
Monitor key performance indicators, conduct efficiency evaluations, and recommend improvements across the organization.
Optimize resource utilization, including fleet, personnel, assets, and equipment.
Maintain and update product and service price lists, and review quotes and contracts before approval.
Verify reconciliations to ensure billed amounts align with delivered services.
Conduct profit and loss reconciliations, advise on pricing and efficiency, and promptly address unbilled revenue.
Manage monthly and annual accounting periods, ensuring timely closure of financial cycles and invoiced jobs.
Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior stakeholders, ensure accurate cost allocation, and report financial risks to the Country Head of Finance.

Qualifications and Skills

Requirement	Details
Education	Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field from a recognized university
Professional Qualifications	CPA or ACCA
Experience	Minimum 5 years in financial planning, analysis, or related roles
Technical Skills	Proficiency in ERP and accounting software; strong MS Excel skills for modeling and data analysis
Regulatory Knowledge	Extensive understanding of applicable tax regulations
Additional Education	Postgraduate degree in a relevant field from a recognized university (preferred)
Analytical Skills	Experience in due diligence and financial analysis
