Job Summary

As a Full-Time Telemarketing Agent at Betsure, you will engage with current and prospective clients, promote betting products and services, and convert leads into paying customers. This role is ideal for enthusiastic, persuasive individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to current and prospective clients to promote Betsure’s products and services
• Clearly explain betting products, promotions, and offers to clients
• Convert qualified leads into registered and paying subscribers
• Maintain detailed records of all customer calls and interactions
• Collect customer feedback and share it with the marketing team for product and service improvements
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Qualifications, Education, and Competencies

• Minimum of a diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a degree is an advantage
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, proactive, and able to work in a high-energy environment
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
