Academic Qualifications

Position	Qualification
Graduate Management Consultant	A Degree in HRM Organizational Psychology or a BBA with an HRM focus having achieved a second-class upper division

Skills and Experience

No more than one year of post-graduate working experience
Excellent computer skills (especially Microsoft Office)
Self-motivation
Strong research and analytical abilities
Good interpersonal and communication skills
