Role Overview
Title: Manager – HR Business Partner
Reports to: Senior Manager – Organizational Development & Performance
You will be the strategic bridge between HR and business units, driving people strategies that fuel performance, innovation, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the People Plan aligned with business goals
- Deliver end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle
- Drive workforce planning and headcount management
- Lead change management and organizational resilience
- Coach and influence senior leaders
- Foster high-performance culture and employee engagement
- Manage employee relations and wellness programs
- Provide data-driven monthly HR insights
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Sciences, Psychology or related
- Post-graduate qualification in HR/HRD (advantage)
- Master’s in HRM/HRD (big plus)
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years in HR management & employee relations
- Telecom or multinational experience preferred
- Proven senior leadership engagement & influence
- Change management & performance coaching expertise
