The job reports to the Supply Chain leadership and is responsible for making statistically sound projections leading monthly Demand Reviews within S&OP and working with Sales Marketing Finance and Network Planning to support campaigns launches and rollouts

It keeps track of availability vs surplus and obsolescence looks at trends in subscribers and activations and works with HBB Enterprise warehouse and logistics teams to keep things stocked

• Create own and improve demand predictions for routers devices SIM cards and network parts
• Lead Demand Reviews and help with S&OP to make sure everyone is on the same page
• Use historical data trends and predictive analytics to keep an eye on the accuracy and bias of forecasts give leadership insights
• Make plans for commercial SKUs and important telecom assets keep extra and old items to a minimum
• Look at how many new subscribers you get how many sales you make and how many activations you get to improve your SIM/device plans
• Work with the HBB Enterprise warehouse and logistics teams to plan restocking and distribution
• Give regular KPI reports on how well the prediction is doing what risks and opportunities there are and how to make processes and tools better all the time
• Purchase Orders: keep track of all POs to OTIF keep ProjectWise reporting of open POs make sure procurement regulations are followed help with audits and make sure vendors get paid on time
• Collaboration: get business departments involved to gather needs create strong relationships with vendors and communicate openly so that decisions can be made quickly and with everyone in mind

• A bachelor's degree in supply chain management accounting business economics or a similar discipline (a master's degree is better)
• More than five years of experience in demand planning forecasting or supply chain
• Able to use forecasting and analytics technologies including Oracle Excel and Power BI
• Experience with S&OP and managing stakeholders from different departments well
• Strong analytical presenting and strategic negotiation abilities adept at math
• Does well in fast-paced changing situations great at talking to people
