As a Housekeeping Graduate Trainee you will learn how to do different housekeeping tasks and get help from experienced staff members

You will also help keep the hotel clean and presentable

• Help with everyday cleaning activities such as cleaning guest rooms and public areas
• Learn and employ the right ways to clean
• Take part in workshops and training sessions to improve your housekeeping skills
• Help the cleaning workers keep track of their supplies and refill them when they run out
• Help with checking rooms and common spaces to make sure they meet quality standards
• Build good relationships with guests and answer to their needs or concerns
• Help keep the hotel's safety and cleanliness standards up to par

• A recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a similar profession is desirable
• A strong desire to work in hospitality or housekeeping
• Great at paying attention to details and keeping everything in order
• Good at talking to and getting along with people
• Able to follow directions and cooperate with others
• A proactive approach and a desire to learn
• The ability to work different shifts including weekends and holidays
