Sokoni Africa Limited is looking for a Stock Controller who is experienced and pays attention to detail to join our dynamic team The best candidate will be in charge of managing inventory operations making sure that stock levels are as low as possible and making sure that stock records are correct This job is very important for keeping logistics running smoothly and helping the organization reach its growth goals

• Make sure that the systems for managing inventories keep the right amount of stock on hand
• Check your stock on a regular basis and fix any differences
• Work with suppliers and distributors to make sure that restocking happens on time
• Use effective stock control solutions to make your business run more smoothly
• Make detailed inventory reports for management to look over
• Teach and guide employees on how to best manage stock and follow processes
• Work with other departments to figure out how much merchandise you'll need
• Make sure that safety rules and company policies are followed

• Proven experience as a Stock Controller or in a related job preferably in a store or supermarket
• Good at using Excel and inventory management tools
• Great at numbers and analysis
• Good at analyzing and reporting data
• Pays attention to details and is good at organizing things
• Skills in working together and communicating well
• Taking the initiative to solve problems and deal with inventory issues
