Job Summary:
To lead and manage the HR function of Rahim Foods by creating and putting into action HR strategies, policies, and practices that help the business reach its goals, keep employees happy, and follow labor laws and ethical standards.
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or Personnel Officer, ideally in the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a similar discipline
- Having a diploma in restaurant management is a plus.
- Experience hiring people at all levels, including junior, senior, seasonal, and part-time workers;
- A good awareness of employment laws, especially those that allow for flexible contracts
- Able to use ATS, payroll systems, and resume databases well
