Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Ugandan labor laws
- Oversee performance management systems
- Design and coordinate training programs
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
- Administer employee benefits and maintain HR records
Requirements:
| Education: | Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field |

| Experience: | Minimum 3 years in similar HR role |
| Skills: | Knowledge of labor laws, policy development, conflict resolution |
| Preferred: | Experience in sports betting/communications industry |
