DoubleQ a top financial consulting firm is looking for an Investment Analyst with a lot of expertise and analytical skills to join its team in Kampala This high-level job includes doing in-depth market research looking at investment goods across the financial industry and giving corporate customers strategic advice The best applicant will be an expert in finance who has a history of managing liquidity trading foreign exchange and investing in companies They should be able to navigate complicated financial situations to find the best investment possibilities and lower risks

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Market Research: Keep gathering updating and analyzing the investment products that banks capital markets insurance companies and other financial institutions offer
• Financial Analysis: Do detailed comparisons of different investment possibilities looking at risk return and how well they fit with the client's goals
• Reporting: Write extensive reports and presentations about investments for top management and clients that give clear useful information
• Portfolio Strategy: Evaluate and oversee both short-term and long-term corporate investment projects giving strategic advice
• Risk Management: Keep an eye on the economy and the financial markets to find possible hazards and chances for client portfolios
• Managing liquidity and foreign exchange: Use your knowledge of managing liquidity and trading foreign currencies to get the best results for your clients

Qualifications for School

Experience and Skills

• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in banking financial markets or business investment and financing
• Having professional credentials like CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) ACCA CPA or FRM is a big plus
• A history of success in managing liquidity and trading foreign exchange
• Great talents in analysis numbers and financial modeling
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis tools well
• A lot of honesty professionalism and attention to detail
