Huga Mara is looking for a knowledgeable individual to manage and maintain its IT infrastructure and help employees with technical issues The job needs a technician that can work with their hands, has good networking abilities, and has the right qualifications

Main Duties

Infrastructure Management:

• Keeping Local Area Networks (LAN), wireless networks, and general connection up and running and fixing problems with them

Hardware and Software Support:

• Setting up and keeping devices like computers, scanners, and printers running, as well as installing and configuring software

Security:

• Using firewalls, safeguards, antivirus software, and security best practices to keep the network safe

Technical Support:

• Quickly helping staff with hardware, software, and network problems to keep downtime to a minimum

Project Help:

• Helping with IT projects, updates, and putting in place new technologies or systems

Documentation and Compliance:

• Keeping IT systems, inventory, and configurations up to date and making sure that all IT policies are followed by the organization

Vendor Liaison:

• Dealing with vendors or outside service providers when necessary

Qualifications and Experience

Certification: 
You need to have an IT certification, such CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
