The major goal of Field-based Account Managers is to keep expand and develop existing customers by increasing volume and profits while creating strong relationships
Main Duties:
To boost sales profits and market share in certain segments of the commercial business (both B2C and B2B) and make sure that growth is long-lasting
Push for new ideas in LPG and figure out how to use or change them to make new uses that are useful to both customers and VE
To make sure that LPG CVPs are used and put into action and to build marketing plans that take into account local demands and market information
To make sure that the distributors contractors and other stakeholders follow VE's HSSE rules and guidelines
To make sure that credit performance HSSE performance sales and financial outcomes of both packed and bulk LPG are good
Also in charge of keeping track of the LPG fittings and other supplies
To aggressively look for new business possibilities that will help meet the sales volume and profitability goals that have been set
To divide clients into groups and create personalized CVPs for each group in order to make the best offers and keep our commitments to customers
Knowledge Skills and Experiences for the Job:
A good understanding of marketing and the ability to put strategies into action
Sales experience with being responsible for the bottom line and getting outcomes
Good at selling and negotiating with a track record of success
Driven and has a high quality of personal appearance
