Job Summary

Sim Plastics (U) Ltd is looking for a Maintenance Controller to oversee maintenance work and make sure that production equipment works as well as possible.

The job includes planning maintenance, fixing problems, keeping track of inventory, and leading efforts to make things better all the time.

Responsibilities, Duties, and Roles

Managing performance and leadership
Planning and managing maintenance
Fixing problems and troubleshooting
Controlling costs and inventory
Improving all the time
Managing performance
Safety and compliance
Managing finances

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

A bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering, or a similar science field
Knowledge of occupational health and safety
At least three years of experience in the FMCG industry
Experience in a leadership capacity in maintenance is a plus
It is very important to have experience in plastic manufacturing or injection molding
