Duties & Responsibilities

• Leading and directing the marketing department including digital marketing advertising communications and creative teams
• Developing marketing strategies allocating resources and setting short-term and long-term goals
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Develop and manage marketing budgets as agreed with the CEO
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers media outlets and industry influencers
• Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives including impact on lead flow and retention
• Help to implement processes procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing functions and to facilitate integration with other departments such as Finance Development Sales etc
• Develop and implement various brand strategies & oversee implementation of integrated marketing strategy including innovative campaigns and digital marketing
• Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition opportunities and customers
• Achieve at least 600 qualified sales leads per month
