Job Summary:
The Social Media and Content Associate will plan, create, and share engaging content across social platforms, collaborate on marketing initiatives, and help build Majibu Africa's brand presence.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, make, and share interesting material (pictures, videos, reels, tales) on social media
- Work with the Marketing Manager to create and keep track of content calendars.
- Write interesting captions that fit with Majibu Africa's voice and beliefs.
- Talk to people online and answer their messages and remarks.
- Get field content from installations, customer tales, and events in the community.
- Help with product launches, marketing initiatives, and brand activations.
- Keep track of and report on social media performance data.
- Keep up with trends and come up with new ways to get people to interact.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related sector
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media or making digital content
- Good at taking pictures, making videos, and doing basic editing with apps like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe.
- Great in writing and speaking.
- Self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and creative.

- Willing to travel and make content from the field
