| Data Entry | Seasonal/Entry Level | Handle data entry for coffee processing. |
| Quality Controllers | UCDA trained | Oversee coffee quality standards. |
| Quality Managers | Experienced | Manage cherry processing operations. |
| Leader of the M&E Team | Supervisory | Supervise monitoring and evaluation activities. |
| Colour Sorter Operators | Experienced | Operate advanced sorting equipment. |
| Trade Manager | Experienced | Oversee trade-related tasks with strong communication. |
| Interns on the Field Team | 3 Month Program | Support field operations during a 3 month internship. |
