About the Job
You will report to the Team Leader, Network Infrastructure. You will plan, deliver, and run enterprise network services for critical banking operations.
Main Duties
- Create and run Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center) and SD-WAN solutions.
- Implement network security, backup, and recovery plans.
- Monitor performance using Nagios or SolarWinds, drive SLO/SLI improvements.
- Maintain configurations, asset inventory, and change records.
- Coordinate vendors and service providers, enforce SLAs.

- Do backbone links meet latency and jitter targets?
- Are configs versioned with golden baselines and rollbacks?
- Are critical paths redundant and tested quarterly?
- Do alerts map to runbooks with clear owners?
Qualifications and Skills
Area | Details |

Education | First Class or Upper Second-Class degree in Computer Science or Engineering. |
Certifications | CCNP or CCIE required. |
Experience | Minimum 5 years in network administration and operations. |
Age Range | 30–38 years by 22 August 2025. |
Technical Skills | Network design, hardening, troubleshooting, SD-WAN, routing/switching, monitoring. |
Behavioral Skills | Collaboration, integrity, clear communication. |
