Asset & Change Management Officer (Job Ref: ITO4.43, Rank: BOII)
About the Job
You will report to the Team Leader of User Support Services and be responsible for managing the IT asset lifecycle and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Main Duties

| Manage the acquisition, deployment, and disposal of IT assets. |
| Maintain and audit the CMDB. |
| Track and manage change requests. |
| Ensure compliance with IT standards. |
What We're Looking For
| Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
| Education | First Class or Upper Second-Class degree in Computer Science or Engineering. ITIL or SAM certifications are a plus. |
| Experience | At least three years in IT asset/change management. |
| Age | 25.0 to 30.0 years old by August 22, 2025. |
| Skills | Technical: Knowledge of ITIL, CMDB, and asset management. Behavioral: Honesty, teamwork, critical thinking. |
