Job Summary:

Medtronic, a world leader in healthcare technology, is looking for recent graduates to fill a Neuroscience Internship that will help with clinical cases pertaining to Neuroscience and the Spine.

This job gives you hands-on exposure with medical technology while you work with doctors and nurses in hospitals.

Responsibilities, Roles, and Duties

Help with clinical and technical issues during Neuroscience and Spine cases
Help with product demos, installs, and case-related activities
Provide follow-up support to regional sales teams and clinical stakeholders
Share technical information with doctors for training and product demonstrations.
Provide education, consultation, and training for healthcare professionals on-site
Build and keep good relationships with medical institutions and clinicians
Work with stakeholders to make sure that Medtronic technology is adopted smoothly.

Education, skills, and qualifications

Just got a degree in a medical field
South African citizen, not working right now, under 30 years old, and has never been in a YES program before.
Ability to travel to get help from stakeholders
Being willing to work in operating rooms
Having a valid driver's license is a plus.
Qualification in navigation or spine-related technologies (a plus)
Clinical experience in a hospital setting (a plus)
Strong motivation and ability to work with others
Great in talking to and getting along with other people
