Job Summary

The Office Administration Trainee at Trilumina Holdings will support the administrative team in a fast-paced tech environment, gaining hands-on experience in office management, coordination, and communication.

Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
  • Maintain organized filing and documentation systems
  • Assist administrative staff with daily operational tasks
  • Support planning, logistics, and report preparation
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination within the team

Qualifications, Education, and Competencies

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (students are welcome to apply)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Keen willingness to learn and excellent organizational abilities
