Job Title: Studio Admin

· Where: Kampala

· Type of Job: Full-time

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Making sure the studio runs well every day by organizing sessions handling bookings and working with teachers
• Inventory Management: Keeping track of and managing the stock of all art supplies (canvases paints brushes aprons) tools and other things the studio needs
• Customer Service: This probably means being the first person people talk to when they have questions managing registrations and making sure customers have a good experience
• Financial Administration: This could include dealing with cash transactions point-of-sale systems and basic bookkeeping for studio sales

Required Skills Qualifications and Experience:

• Formal Qualifications:degree or diploma in Business Administration Management Art or Hospitality But they might put more weight on experience
• Technical Skill: You must know how to blend colors very well This is a useful hands-on technique that is very important for getting paints ready for sessions and helping customers
• Other Skills: You need to be able to organize things well be good at customer service and have basic administrative skills
