Position Overview

IWG seeks a results-driven Partnership Sales Manager to lead expansion efforts in Uganda This role focuses on sourcing negotiating and closing high-value partnerships with property owners and developers to establish new IWG-branded flexible workspace centers across the country

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pitch partnership opportunities to commercial property owners and developers
  • Negotiate and secure agreements valued between £250K and £1M+ for new IWG center launches
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads guiding deals from initiation to contract signing
  • Present tailored business cases to prospective partners addressing their commercial objectives
  • Leverage professional networks to unlock new growth markets and expansion opportunities
  • Achieve ambitious KPIs and revenue targets in line with IWG’s global growth strategy
