Role Purpose

Support UNICEF Uganda's resource mobilization from private sector and development partners. Manage grants, report progress, and expand partnerships to advance children's rights. Work with INGOs, UN agencies, and corporates to unlock funding and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilize funding from private sector and development partners
• Manage donor grants and ensure compliance
• Report program progress to donors and stakeholders
• Collaborate with partners to scale child rights initiatives
• Strengthen private sector engagement for children's rights
• Support partnership administration and coordination

Eligibility & Requirements

• Age: 18–80
• Citizen or legal resident of assignment country
• Master's in International Development, Relations, or related
• 4+ years in partnership management/resource mobilization
• Fluent English

Desirable Skills

• EU/UNHCR donor experience
• Private sector fundraising
• Cross-cultural collaboration
• German language
