Tugende is looking for Recovery Agents to handle a wide range of debt recovery situations.

 This job is very important for making sure that debts are recovered quickly efficiently and professionally while also following corporate policies and industry rules.

 You will work directly with clients to set up payment plans settle disagreements and keep good connections with customers even when things go tough

• Handle a group of allocated recovery cases to make sure debts are collected on time
• Send demand notices to clients who haven't paid their bills on time
• Take assets away as a last option and give updates on progress in real time
• Give regular and accurate updates on the status of all recovery cases
• Work with both internal teams (including legal and head office recovery) and outside groups to make recovery procedures easier
• Deal with consumer complaints and problems in a professional and effective way
• Keep an eye on agreed-upon payment schedules and do what has to be done if someone doesn't pay
• Look at the client's payment history and suggest ending the lease according to corporate rules
• Make sure that all asset recovery processes are followed including managing the inventory
• Help with court proceedings by going to hearings and giving the court the information it needs

• At least two years of experience in a role like debt recovery credit control or something similar
• Great talents at talking to people and making deals
• Knowledge of the laws and best procedures for collecting debts
• Good at organizing things and paying attention to details
• Ability to deal with delicate circumstances with professionalism sensitivity and tact
• Able to use MS Office and other equivalent programs well
• Able to operate under pressure and fulfill tight deadlines
