Job Summary
Tugende is looking for energetic and results-oriented Sales Agents to help the company make money and develop solid long-lasting relationships with clients.
Your main job will be to market and sell Tugende's goods and services find new sales prospects and reach high goals that will help the firm grow its business
Important Tasks and Duties
Customer Engagement: Build and keep great relationships with both new and old clients by communicating well and quickly fixing their problems
Product Expertise: Show potential buyers that you know a lot about Tugende's products and how to get finance or a lease
Sales Strategy: Create and carry out good sales strategies that help you meet or surpass your sales goals every time
Lead Generation: Find and go after new business prospects by networking getting involved in the community making cold calls and going to industry events
Sales Presentations: Make and give interesting sales presentations and product demos and make sure to follow up with potential customers on time
Market Intelligence: Keep up with changes in the market what your competitors are doing and what your customers want so you can change your plans as needed
Reporting: Use CRM software to keep accurate records of sales activity and interactions with customers and make frequent sales reports
Working together: Work closely with the Branch Executive Account Managers and marketing staff to make sure everyone is on the same page and that demand goes up
Academic Requirements
Requirement
A diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration marketing or a similar discipline is preferred
Skills Qualifications and Experience
Having worked in sales customer service or a related industry before is a plus
Good in talking negotiating and giving presentations
Driven by goals and has a history of meeting or beating sales goals
Motivated upbeat and able to connect with customers and gain their trust
Able to use CRM systems and sales software without any problems
