Job Summary

The Relationship Officer – Community Banking will report to the Relationship Manager .

Their job is to find and keep new group business deals, build on existing relationships, and keep an eye on and manage the Pride's Business portfolio within acceptable risk levels to boost profits

Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

• To find, nurture, and keep new group relationships that could grow and give better returns, as well as help assets and liabilities grow according to defined goals
• Active pipeline management with the goal of meeting agreed personal growth goals for all product lines and client categories
• Better management of the client portfolio to expand and keep existing business, while always looking into existing customer wallets to find ways to boost the Bank's revenue by selling or pushing the right product packages
• Actively negotiate and structure deals at the beginning and end stages with the goal of getting the best deal for the client while also safeguarding the Bank's commercial interests
• Work closely with other stakeholders to make sure that high-quality loan proposals are prepared on time and in an efficient manner, and that the turnaround time is well within the Bank's goals
• Vigilant management of late payments in line with the Bank's rules to find areas that need early attention The goal is to keep the loan portfolio's NPA percentage well below agreed-upon limits
• Make and keep well-documented reports, visits, and contracts with all of the Bank's relationships, management, and other departments

Education, Skills, and Qualifications

Person Specifications:
You must be able to ride a motorcycle and have a valid permit to do so
Should be able to speak the local languages that are most often utilized
Should know how to use a computer, be very motivated, creative, and able to start things on their own
Ability to develop working partnerships that work across cultural, corporate, and organizational boundaries
Should be able to provide great presentations, get along with others, and talk to them
Should be able to lead
They should be honest, trustworthy, and have a lot of integrity
He or she shouldn't be older than 40
