We are looking to hire a Sales Representative who will be responsible for promoting and selling our client's extensive selection of high-quality furniture ,office furnishings and interior solutions Insight Management 

Uganda Limited is looking to fill this position As part of this work you will be responsible for cultivating strong connections with customers,  gaining an understanding of client requirements in both the corporate and residential markets and ensuring the implementation of individualized solutions that are in line with client expectations Sends 

Reports to: Manager of Sales

Principal Duties and Obligations

• Engage in the task of actively marketing and selling the furniture and interior products of the company to clients who are individuals corporations and institutions
• The objective is to establish and sustain robust and enduring connections with clients interior designers architects and contractors
• In order to explain product offers provide design solutions and close sales it is incumbent upon you to do client visits
• Assist consumers in making informed decisions regarding product possibilities design compatibility and space optimization
• It is necessary to prepare sales bids proposals and contracts in accordance with the policies of the organization
• In order to uncover new prospects developing trends and competitor actions it is necessary to effectively do market research
• In order to guarantee timely product delivery and project execution it is necessary to coordinate with the teams responsible for logistics and installation
• Attending trade shows exhibits and promotional events while representing the company brand is an important responsibility
• Make sure that the management receives accurate sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis
• To guarantee that the client is satisfied it is important to handle customer complaints and inquiries in a quick and professional manner

Relevant Experience and Qualifications

• I have a diploma or certificate in sales marketing business administration or a discipline that is connected to these areas
• I have a minimum of two to three years of experience in sales ideally in the field of furniture interior design building or other businesses that are connected
• Powerful abilities in the areas of presenting negotiation and closing
• An additional advantage is having knowledge of the latest furniture styles materials and concepts related to interior design
• Computer skills that include proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel email and online research
