Summary of the Job

The Sales Manager will be in charge of the Marketing and Research department's sales by making and carrying out good sales plans and strategies predicting sales keeping an eye on performance and finding new prospects

The job includes supervising and coaching the sales force creating and keeping good relationships with important customers giving feedback on marketing initiatives and helping with tender bids

The person in this position will be in charge of collecting and reporting on competition intelligence making customers happier managing distribution channels and making sure that everything is in line with the organization's strategic goals

Also the job is fully responsible for managing people in the department keeping an eye on the budget and making sure that NBI's HR transformation and EE standards are followed

Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

  • Make and carry out sales plans and campaigns keep an eye on how sales are doing compared to expectations and take steps to fix any problems
  • Hire train and lead the sales staff assign territories keep track of performance and help out in person as needed
  • Take care of important client connections answer questions and complaints and make sure that customer satisfaction is getting better
  • Keep up with changes in the industry what competitors are doing and new treatments keep a database of competitive intelligence
  • Lead the staff in your department set goals for their performance deal with bad behavior encourage employee involvement and make sure they get the training and development they need
  • Make departmental budgets keep an eye on spending and make sure that the department is following the rules when it comes to money
  • Give feedback on marketing campaigns bidding processes and working together with other departments

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

Minimum Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in health science, marketing, or sales
  • At least 6 years of experience selling drugs
  • At least three years of experience managing leading guiding and coaching sales teams in both private and public healthcare settings

Academic Qualifications
A degree or diploma in health science, marketing, or sales
