The Sales Manager will be in charge of the Marketing and Research department's sales by making and carrying out good sales plans and strategies predicting sales keeping an eye on performance and finding new prospects
The job includes supervising and coaching the sales force creating and keeping good relationships with important customers giving feedback on marketing initiatives and helping with tender bids
The person in this position will be in charge of collecting and reporting on competition intelligence making customers happier managing distribution channels and making sure that everything is in line with the organization's strategic goals
Also the job is fully responsible for managing people in the department keeping an eye on the budget and making sure that NBI's HR transformation and EE standards are followed
