 The company processes and distributes highly nutritive, quality yoghurt that is affordable in central Uganda. Additionally, Farm Reap provides agribusiness management consultancy services, working primarily with NGOs, government, and development organizations to support farming communities.

Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager at Farm Reap will blend field and office work to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility for the company’s yoghurt products. 

This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on leader who will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, manage a sales team, and expand market presence across schools, retail outlets, and distributors in Uganda.

Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

• Lead and grow sales across schools, retail outlets, and distributors
• Ensure Farm Reap yoghurt appears on school menus and in more high-selling points
• Build and manage a strong sales team
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility and customer engagement

Qualifications, Education, and Competencies

• A results-driven leader with a passion for FMCG or food industry marketing
• Strategic yet hands-on, with strong communication and leadership skills
