Description

Our client a prominent food manufacturing company seeks a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to expand business and serve existing clients in the HORECA (Hotel Restaurant Catering) sector in Kampala Uganda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow daily customer call schedules manage order restocking and process orders received through email or phone ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships introduce new products identify opportunities for tailored categories and suggest product enhancements or upgrades
  • Seek new clients via trade fairs and exhibitions pursue tender bids and develop strategies for brand promotion store branding and loyalty initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to credit policies facilitate prompt debt collection advise on client credit terms and oversee payment allocations and credit/debit note issuance
  • Handle escalate and document all customer complaints coordinate with the quality control team for investigations and follow up to sustain client trust
  • Keep daily and weekly records of calls visits and orders submit weekly work plans performance reports and monthly client retention summaries for the HORECA sector in Kampala Uganda
Requirements
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Marketing or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sales achievements
Exceptional creativity insight and a proactive positive mindset
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
Strong organizational time management and leadership capabilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for this Sales Representative role in Kampala Uganda
