Job Summary

Carlcare Services is looking for Sales Representatives that are enthusiastic and focused on customers to join its expanding team in several areas The best applicants will be in charge of selling and advertising goods and services, making sure that customers are very happy, and helping the firm expand Reports to: the Regional Sales Manager Kampala, Fort Portal, Hoima, Mubende, and Gulu are all places

Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities in Detail

  • Market and sell the company's goods and services to both current and potential customers
  • Take care of customer questions and handle sales orders in a professional and quick way
  • Keep customers happy by providing great service
  • Make daily sales reports and updates and send them to your boss
  • Look into and fix client issues, giving them quick and useful answers
  • Build and keep long-term connections with customers so you can understand and address their demands
  • Give management comments and ideas on how to improve sales techniques

Skills, Education, and Qualifications

CategoryDescription
EducationA diploma in business, marketing, or a related discipline is required, although a bachelor's degree is a plus
ExperienceAt least one year of relevant job experience in sales or marketing

  • Good at talking to people and helping customers
  • Proven ability to negotiate, find leads, and close transactions well
