Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make sure that buyers get the company's items according to the sales estimate
  • Check in on sales reconciliation every day
  • Make sure that salesmen conduct their bank reconciliation and sales analysis before they leave for the day and that no cash is brought to the office
  • Make sure that salespeople don't hand out corporate goods on credit unless the General Manager has given them permission to do so All salespeople in your area must follow this order
  • Do your job well and assume full responsibility for your area You should also work to boost sales and gain market share You are also in charge of the agents and distributors in your area
  • Make sure you can talk about any problems you have in the market but take action to fix them when you can
  • Give your zone an accurate and timely sales prediction every day
  • Do any other tasks that the immediate supervisor asks you to do from time to time

Skills Qualifications and Experience

Academic RequirementsExperience
A Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or a similar topic from a well-known university The degree should focus on sales and marketing or any business course
  • At least two years of expertise in sales and distribution of fast-moving consumer goods
  • Understanding how retail businesses work
  • Honesty
  • Knows a lot about computers
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team
  • Proven experience in all parts of creating and carrying out a sales strategy
  • The ability to spot chances and turn them into sales
