Lapaire a pan-African leader in trendy and cheap eyeglasses is looking for a Senior Branch Manager with a lot of energy and business sense to run one of its Optical Centers in Kampala Uganda.

This is an important leadership position with two main goals making sure that branch operations run well and pushing for aggressive growth strategies The Senior Branch Manager will be in charge of the branch's overall performance including sales customer happiness and team leadership They will also be in charge of finding and taking advantage of new B2B and B2C income opportunities.

• Strategic Growth: Find and take advantage of new ways to make money through both B2B collaborations and B2C sales efforts
• Partnership Development: Create and maintain relationships with other businesses and brands outside of your own for recommendations and collaborations
• Business Analysis: Look at patterns in the performance of the market and the branch to come up with and put into action innovative ways to grow
• Team Leadership: Lead train and mentor a team that includes a Junior Branch Manager Sales Representatives and an Eye Specialist to create a culture of high performance
• Operational Oversight: Keep an eye on all branch activities such as finances inventory and following Lapaire's rules
• Working together on sales and marketing: Work with the Marketing and PR teams on campaigns and go to networking and promotional events to represent the branch
• Customer Experience: Lead efforts to get new clients keep existing ones and make sure they are happy with their experience with your company
• Performance Management: Make sure the branch meets or beats all of its goals for sales customer satisfaction (NPS) and financial performance

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in managing a branch business or store
• A proven history of successfully increasing sales managing teams and putting strategies into place that improve performance
• A lot of experience in managing business operations and customer service
• Being able to use Excel and other tools for financial reporting data analysis and other tasks
• Great skills in talking to people negotiating and getting along with others
• You need to be strategic a strong leader accountable ambitious organized focused on the customer and a great negotiator
