Job Summary

Kabira Country Club is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to join its dynamic team. The role focuses on building relationships, driving strategic sales, and executing marketing initiatives to enhance the club’s brand and guest engagement in Kampala’s competitive hospitality market.

Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and repeat business
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote Kabira Country Club’s services, including rooms, dining, and health club offerings
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
  • Collaborate with the management team to align sales and marketing strategies with business goals
  • Manage social media and digital marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility
  • Organize promotional events, partnerships, and community engagement activities
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics to inform decision-making

Qualifications, Education, and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality market and customer preferences
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
