Nova Microfinance is hiring multiple Sales Loans Officers to promote its financial products and drive economic inclusion in Kampala.

This role focuses on achieving sales targets, engaging clients, and expanding access to microfinance services for underserved communities. The officers will play a key role in empowering clients through financial solutions, contributing to Nova’s mission of fostering economic growth and financial inclusion in Uganda

Duties

• Engage clients and promote loan products
