Job Title: Team Leader for Finance and Administration

· Location: Kampala

· Type of Job: Full-time

· Deadline: 26th September 2025

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience: 8–10 years of technical work experience with at least 5 years of management experience in a well-known NGO
• Education:
  • A bachelor's degree in commerce business administration (accounting) or an area that is similar
  • You need a master's degree like an MBA in finance and accounting
• Professional Certification: You must be a member of a professional accounting organization like the ACCA or CPA
• Skills: Must show that they are very good at:
  • Managing money and making budgets
  • Making plans for the future
  • Reporting to donors and managing grants
