This position ensures streamlined payment processing procurement of goods and services logistical arrangements and precise documentation of activities It plays a critical role in sustaining efficient workflows enabling teams to concentrate on providing top-quality family planning services in Kampala Uganda
| Qualification |

| Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Procurement and Logistics Accounting Project Management or similar fields |
| Additional training in office administration procurement or financial management is a plus |
| Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and internet navigation |
| Minimum 2 years of administrative or operational support in program or project settings preferably within NGOs public health or development sectors |
| Proven skills in handling financial and administrative documents such as per diems supplier payments and requisitions |
| Experienced in procurement processes |
| Skilled in compiling program trackers progress reports and meeting minutes |
| Familiarity with multi-stakeholder teams ideally involving field staff and consultants in Kampala Uganda |
