Job Summary

The BFS Operators at APDL will oversee and coordinate sterilization operations using blow-fill-seal technology to ensure rapid, high-quality production output in compliance with manufacturing standards.

Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Ensure machinery is operational and staff perform their duties effectively
  • Ensure batch separation, line clearance, and proper status labeling
  • Oversee maintenance, calibration, and compliance with cGMP standards
  • Plan and prepare resources for daily operations
  • Ensure proper utility usage and minimize waste
  • Maintain accurate records and update SOPs
  • Train new and temporary staff

Authorities

  • Authorize training and shift scheduling
  • Halt production when defects or deviations are identified
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications, Education, and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry or a related field
  • Three years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong report writing and communication skills

Required Training

  • Training in hygiene, safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and documentation
